How to create a Qoncept Living account?
Follow these steps to create your account at Qoncept Living:
- On our homepage, click the "Register" button at the top-right corner.
- Fill in the required details, including your first name, last name, email address, and preferred password.
- Click "Create" to submit your details.
And that’s it! Your Qoncept Living account will be created. We suggest updating your address and contact details promptly for a faster checkout process. You can do this in the My Account section.
If you encounter any issues creating your account or need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact the customer support team for help.
Can I save multiple shipping addresses?
Yes, you can set multiple shipping addresses on your Qoncept Living account. Keep in mind, however, that once your order is complete—whether or not it's paid—a change of shipping address will no longer be allowed, even if you attempt to change it on your account page.
How do I order a product from Qoncept Living Store?
It's very simple! Follow these steps to complete your order:
- Select the item and add it to your cart. (You can add more items or change quantities before completing your order; just update your cart before checking out.)
- Click 'Checkout' to proceed.
- Choose your preferred delivery method and payment option.
- Review the details you have provided. If everything is correct, click 'Pay Now.'
After sending the payment, our team will immediately process your order. You will receive a confirmation with your order details.
What are your supported payment methods?
We support various payment options for easier checkout, including online banking, GrabPay, GCash, and Paypal. More payment gateways will be introduced soon.

Do I need to create a Qoncept Living account to make a purchase?
No, you are not required to create an account to purchase items on our website. However, you may choose to create one for faster checkout on your subsequent purchases. Just ensure that your email is valid so you can track your orders.
Which currencies do you accept?
Our prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP), hence, you may only use the Philippine Peso currency in placing your orders.
Are my personal details safe?
Yes, your shipping address and other details are securely stored and will be used solely for delivery. Please provide your ACCURATE and COMPLETE delivery address, including your BARANGAY, to minimize any issues during delivery.
Where can I locate my ORDER NUMBER?
You can find your Order Number in the email subject and at the upper right part of the email body, as sent by our system. It should look like this: QF0984.
I did not receive any order confirmation email. Will my order proceed?
You are supposed to receive an order confirmation email once you've completed your order. Depending on your email account settings, some confirmation emails might be directed to other folders. If you can't find them in your inbox, please check other folders. If you cannot locate the email at all, please inform us via qonceptfurniture@gmail.com, so we can resend the email to you.
